Seven states run regulated online casino markets: Connecticut, Delaware, Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and West Virginia, with Maine authorized but not yet live. The brands below hold state licenses in some or all of those markets. Outside them, a casino site serving your state is operating offshore.

A brand being famous does not make it legal where you live. DraftKings Casino is fully regulated in Michigan and illegal to offer in Texas. Start from your state page, then pick the brand.

Most national brands (DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Caesars) operate in the majority of the seven live states. Regional brands like Borgata and Golden Nugget concentrate in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Two states are single-operator markets: Delaware's online casino is run by BetRivers, and Rhode Island's runs through Bally's. No other brand is legal there.
Every licensed operator appears on its state regulator's public list. If a casino site is not on that list, it is not regulated in that state, whatever its homepage says.

The other category

Offshore casinos are a different thing.
